Turkish authorities have reportedly issued detention warrants for 115 people with alleged links to last year's failed coup attempt. State-run Anadolu News says the government wants to break up what it believes to be the financial structuring network that supports the US-based Fethullah Gulen, who Turkey blames for orchestrating the attempted overthrow.
